About Victoria

With over 20 year’s litigation experience, Victoria is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm and assists with our continuing development. Victoria has worked on a multitude of cases, dealing with claims over £1m in value.

Outside of the office, Victoria is a dedicated Middleborough FC fan, and with her season ticket, never misses a game. She is also an adrenaline fuelled petrol-head, cat lover and loves watching The Golden Girls.

Who we are

Energy Solicitors was established in 2022 to assist businesses in recovering losses from mis-sold energy contracts. Over time, our practice has expanded in response to the growing complexity of the utilities and services sectors.

We now advise and represent clients across a broad range of disputes, including energy overcharging, billing irregularities, water utility claims, solar installation disputes and issues relating to telecoms and broadband services.

Our experience reflects a strong understanding of the regulatory shortcomings and market practices that have long exposed consumers to unfair terms, excessive charges and misrepresentation.
